the government is asking now for a 7000.00 BASIC salary in order to provide you with sponsorship rights. So your wife can come to visit you as family visit , and you have to renew her visa every 3 months I think. She can't stay longer than 6 months without exiting the country though. Then, another visit visa has to be issued. Hope it helps
