The first question you need to ask is: does labour law apply here? Certain industries are exempt, such as the oil and gas industry, police, government workers etc.
If it does apply, the extra hours are at the discretion of the minister. Likely, this won't really matter as unless there is a comlaint the MOL won't be made of aware of any breaches. That said, there are now inpsections by the MOL which substantial powers to enforce the labour law.
