First, the semen(or semenal fluid) shouldn't have blood in it. As the penis gets stimulated, the blood rushes through the capilliaries or veins thus making it erect. If the semen has blood or a tinge of blood in it, your friend may have fragile/weak capilliaries/veins that causes blood to be mixed with the semen. HE BETTER HAVE IT CHECKED by an Internist (Internal Medicine).
Secondly, if my understanding is correct that your friend has no blood flow...there is no erection? if this is the case, he is suffering from erectile dysfunction
So, This is not a pregnancy problem coz it appears that the woman could conceive...the problem is with the husband.
