I have found that my career opportunities have grown since being in Qatar. As Britain is becoming so diverse, it is invaluable to work with many different cultures and nationalities. I know that when I return to the UK, I will be a more valuable commodity, particularly as an ED Nurse Practitioner. Plus, as a QP employee, the medical services are excellent and, seemingly, without budget. If you hurt your back for example, an MRI is usually arranged within 48 hours.
