Saan, actually the problem is the bank account owner has passed away. His wife is back to their country and get her Qatar visa cancelled. Can she just simply request the Bank Manager to transfer the money to her account in another bank or can she ask her friend in Doha to work with Bank and get the money transferred or any special procedure or need a court for this case?
