go to traffic department. you will have to do the eye test again. if you have a photocopy of old license that would be fine otherwise your qatar id card should do .you will have to pay 150 qr i think and they may ask you to wait for 2 weeks sometimes. if thats the case speak to the captain at the station and he can sign for you to get the license immeadiately. good luck
