yah, DELL has stupid warranty service thing. they will charge you for simple things.
(but if you know how to fix your computer, then go for DELL. but i hope u really know..hehehe)

so what u prefer? DELL or ACER?
DELL - good laptop, bad service center, easily broken then you pay, .
