I dont think so....'coz your company in Dubai is your sponsor and only your sponsor can cancel your work visa. Same with me but I went back to Dubai just to cancel my work visa from my Dubai employer as requested by my company here in Qatar. But someone here commented that you only need to pay 5,000.00 to Qatar Immigration Department and they will grant you work visa...but I am not sure.
