Yes it is rampant here in Qatar....having a work visa but not working with the sponsor. But most of the time immigration department are searching for these people...and you might be caught. Once caught, you will be fined or you will be blacklisted and be deported to your home country...Better get NOC from your current sponsor allowing you to work "part time"....
