Q-tel's poor performance obviously. Before Im getting connection from a shared router connections and I can't do anything but to wait to get connected again and again....for xxx time....For a shared connections (router) hanging is acceptable but when I decided to get my own connection (I am the only user on a 1 mbps) but same thing happened always hanged....what to do yani!...
