My friend there is nothing to do with nationality as long as they hold a valid residence permit in other GCC country and hold a return ticket, but make sure their visa category is not labour (most saudi companies stamp profession as labor or skilled worker to get the visa passed). If their visa is a professional one they can easily enter for 14 day without any hinderence. To be on a safe side, visit the immigration at airport and ask them.
