if qatar allowed citizenship, the national language will be urdu/ hindi or malalam. qataries will be the minorities here. as I remember somebody said that the powerful man in Qatar is the indian ambassador. he is the leader of the largest single community here. democracy is not good good for a rich country like qatar. I believe citizenship is a part of democracy.
