Go to Qtel office with a copy of your ID card pay QR50 and they will give you a new sim with the same number.
Whatever balance was there on you mobile will be transfered on the new one if not used by the person who found the phone.....all your contact list will be lost.
Forget abt the mobile you wont get it.
