dear friend, it is not prob at all to provide drinking water free, provided that u must take care of that.when provided for a nominal fee also we misuse it. if provided free anything what could we expect? bcoz when u pay for anything, it has a value if not we always misuse.many of us, not all.hope that u agree with.
