Requirements for getting married in Philippine Embassy are as follows(note:this applies to BOTH party):

1. NOC from Sponsors allowing you to get married.
2. Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) dully authenticated by NSO and DFA.
3. Birth Certificate dully authenticated by NSO and DFA.
4. Passport and Pataqa Copy
5. Pictures
6. Payment (not sure how much nowadays).
