only in three cases :
1- Accident (god forbids)
2- renewal of the Registration
3- you are terminated and your sponsor wanna cancel your RP (also God forbids)

other than that it is up to u, even if you wanna leave for vacation no one will ask about it, i tried it myself had a fine for 3000 and went twice out side the country.
