which isn't very often and usually self inflicted anyway :P I make a big bowl of mashed potato with lots of butter and possibly with a couple of soft poached eggs on top, then I crawl into my bed, pull the duvet over me and sit in bed eating the comfort food.

The food causes the blood in my brain to rush to my stomach in order to help digest the food and that makes me sleepy.

I repeat the process every time I wake up until eventually it's the next day. In other words I guess I sleep off the blues. Tomorrow is another day, and all that.

It's great to 'pig out' once in a while :D

P.S. If I don't have eggs, then a can of Heinz Macaroni Cheese over the potatoes is an excellent substitute.
