your sponsor can do what ever they want. cancell your RP, given NOC, even jail you that all not mistake by you. so now just approach labor dept raise a complained with details explaination, if your sponsor not Q's co. not probelm to recruit locally otherwise it will more difficulty to transfer sponsorship into others. goodluck.
