Well, I am also one of the patrons of KARWA. And believe me, its really annoying to wait for cab or book for one, especially when you are at a hurry. And the thing is, no cab is available....

When I finally got one, I have managed to shoot a few questions to the cab driver regarding the matter. On his reply, the reason why KARWA does not have enough cab to service their clients or plying the routes of DOHA is because they have too many breakdowns due to the extreme heat. So most of their cab units are all for repair and/or under maintenance...
