In some companies where I have worked, if a couple meet at work and are getting married, one of them will actually be expected to leave the company. It's in their Contract.

I imagine this is because it isn't easy to be unbiased in the workplace, for one thing, and for another it may not be a healthy situation to bring work problems home (especially if you have different ideas about the problem)! Just means you can't get away from your day job and relax at home, chat about different things which happened to you during the day etc.

That's if you are a couple who speak at home anyway! :P
