I don't know any program that will provide you the feature offered by `lockngo`, but I have an alternative solution of which I believe you will love. Why? Because this will not only help you protect your files stored on flash drive, but on any other medium as well, such as hard drive.
The idea of this solution is:
1. Create a `container` file, which you will use to put all of your files.
2. Restrict access to the content of the `container` file with a pass phrase key.
The application you need to do this is called TrueCrypt. Please, read the documentation before you start using it to avoid headache.
