I dont know what an oral irrigator is, but if you are looking for Waterpik products they have them at the Al Bader pharmacy next to Ramez (behind Jarir) Al Bader pharmacy has several branches and the pharmacies at City Centre are the same company. So if it is easier for you to go there.....
