as far as i know when u take a loan there is also a insurance package which comes with it and you pay for that in the begining and every month also with the instalments...the insurance covers the pending amount incase of termination. However i dont know if this applies to all the banks but i know atlest 4 people who have been in the same situation and left the country without any hassle.
