You have no option but to leave the country, otherwise pay QR200 per day as a penalty. You can go back here on a different visa, provided someone will apply for you. You can find some "company" here selling visa. That is the option i can give you. About your pataqa, since you are on a Business visit visa, you can't have a pataqa. Pataqa is the ID for your residence visa, and since you are not a resident here, you can't have one.
