By 'flirting' I don't mean groping behind the filing cabinets nor as a means of getting someone between the sheets!
In fact I think the older I get the MORE I flirt - and I'm pretty certain that when I was younger it was one of the main factors in getting me through interviews! (It worked better if the interview was male though. Not sure why) :D
