You can negotiate the salary before accepting the offer...they may come back with a bit more...but I don't think they will let you live in Doha and work in Dukhan….because most of them staying and working in Dukhan got kids studying in Doha..Moreover, they have their full fledged accommodation and other facilities exclusively for QP staff. Still you can try your luck.
