Habibi..just complete filling out all the required fields especially those fields marked with "red asterisk"...

after you completed those fields, you can now upload the photo you want..but just make sure that the photo you want to attached/upload has been met the required file size ha..otherwise you wont upload it and the system will be rejecting it.
