There is a haircut place for kids inside of Circusland. They do a great job with my kids and they have given my 17 month old 2 haircuts already. All 3 people who have done the haircuts on my kids have done a good job.
Tried Cute Cuts in City Center for my first child, and all they did was hack off her cute curls (which I specifically told them NOT to do). Won't go back there.
