Go to Philippine Embassy and they will give you the Complete List...if you can't, then here are some:
NOC from Company/Sponsor (both party) allowing you to get married
CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) from NSO, attested by DFA, for both
Birth Certificate from NSO, attested by DFA, for Both
Parental Consent (those 25 yrs and below)
