In my country the roles have been totally reversed, so its still appartheid undercover. The colour-skin man is first in line for the jobs.. next the colour-skin women.. then white women, and at the bottom of the food chain is the white man.
So the white families are leaving their OWN country and finding contract jobs anywher else in the world, a popular one being in Oman, and the middle east in general plus other countries too. Many are people we know. They dont get all the top jobs. They often take what they can get to support their families
I do agree with 'Withnail' we shouldnt think its just the white man, not to generalise the situation at all
