I hope so... My apartment is in Porto Arabia and the handover date has postponed to Sept 2009. And their explanation is due to island infrastructure is not ready. So, even if my apartment is ready(actually it is 90% finished), it seems we have to wait for other towers to be completed... On the other hand, my bank(CBQ) is increasing the mortgage rate every 3 months... I guess a lot of people in my situation; paying for the high rent and the mortgage installments at the same time. I am getting worried about the future of this project...
