The best way for your kids to learn English is simply to have them around other kids who speak English. Kids have brains like sponges and will soak it up quickly.
If your kids are toddlers then playgroups and activities like Gympanzee and music classes would be quite helpful. If they are older, I would suggest enrolling them in things like soccer.
We corresponded a few months ago about the mums group here in Doha. There are now over 200 families in our group - it could be a great place for your kids to meet other kids. We have all ages of kids - from infants up to teenagers (though only a few of the latter at this point). http://www.dohaexpatmumsandkids.com The Contact page goes directly to me, so feel free to ask any questions.
