comes in a powder, spray and cream.(or any antifungal foot spray will do, its just this is what doctor's prescribe) Use the cream then spray the inside of your shoes. Wear cotton socks and have an extra pair of shoes you switch out every day so they other ones can dry out(spray them immediately upon taking them off). Athlete's foot is caused by fungus and thrives in hot, moist environments..shoes are perfect for that. Make sure you wash your feet, especially in between the toes, well with antibacterial soap, and dry well...again, especially between the toes and apply the antifungal. Go barefoot as much as possible while at home...OHHH, and its highly contagious, so keep Lysol spray (again antibacterial) if they have it here!, and spray the inside of the shower floor when the shower dries out each day. that should keep it from spreading and keep you from re-infecting yourself. Hope this helps!
and no i don't suffer from this but my sons do...which is why I know...lol
