1) Steel Cut Oatmeal
You MIGHT find steel cut oatmeal at MegaMart, which is the only place I have found oatmeal that is not "quick-cooking". Look for the bag in the (very small) organic section. . .it's packaged by a UK company that escapes my mind at the moment, but when you get here I'll take a look. It's a very popular UK brand, but not being from there it's not sticking with me!
2) Cracked Wheat(Bulghur)
Maybe MegaMart, but be prepared for the MegaPrice
3) Quinoa
Haven't seen quinoa yet. I would bring it in your suitcase - plenty of it, if you eat a fair bit of it.
4) Barley and 5) Flax Seeds
Not sure, but will keep my eyes open
6) Sesame Seed or Almond Butter
I have not seen almond butter here at all, but it's easy enough to make your own if you have a food processor. Ditto for sesame seed butter (tahini?), though roasting the seeds without burning them is a pain.
