Fine captured by camera's will be on car plate no not in owners driving licience. (Eg) If my friend drive my car and captured for signal jumping then fine will be in my car plate no. while paying the fine they will ask for person licience who drive the vehicle. Here u can give ur friend licience thats it the points will be loaded to him. Can i ask u one thing if a drivers made a mistake then points will go to oweners licience?????? ha ha ha........... so no problem, vehicle can purchase by person not having driving licience.
