The new measures include 'Black Marks' to drivers for every violation. Once the mark exceed a certain limit (hope the limit is a realistic number) drivers License would be suspended temporarily or revoked. This is the only way I guess.. Increasing the penalty wont be a solution.
Fine for Jumping the signal increased from QR.3000 to QR.5000 and higher penalties for wrong parking.
If they implement these rules, we will see more sane drivers on the roads.
