My friend you can do it yourself, but I doubt you get a profession like Manager, those reserved for the Nationals. Try to change it as 'EXPERT' same like as manager. Visit a typing shop, get it change your agreement with the company + need to fill one from, after changing the agrrement get signed from the employer, then get it attested from the chamber of commerce, after all ask your PRO to submit it a Immigration office and get it done, it will cost you all together QR.400/-.
