I have also read SL's post in which he had repeatedly said that because of him many Karwa Drivers have been sent packing home. SL if you keep on firing Karwa Drivers like that there will not be any driver left for Karwa. The Karwa will go bankrupt and then your friend "the operations manager" will be out of job. And you will not be in a position to fire any more Karwa drivers
