I think the biggest toys shop is Toys_ur_us...but, I couldn't find there activity board...U can find diff.models in Jarir Bookstore (little bit expensive,e.g.73 QR a 50x70 simple white board) and cheaper ones in a stationery shop on Mirqab Street, the one with Doha Clinic (around 30 QR a similar one).Good luck!
