It doesn't take very long to set up one of these sites. You can set one up in a day or two, and it will look pretty good. The problem is that none of them have any content. QL is successful not because of how it looks, or what it does, but because of the people posting comments.
The new sites don't seem to realise that they've got to offer something more than a venue. There has to be a reason to go there.
It's like me saying "I've heard about this great new bar with no people and no entertainment - enjoy".
