Experiment with soya milk as you will like some but maybe not others.

I was veggie for 5 years and vegan for 2 and I was fine usinf soya in cereal and in coffee etc.

You will feel better for is also.

As a sure fire way to lose weight, I cut out all dairy from my diet and have to pull my belt in within two weeks.

So if you don't have weight to lose then keep an eye in it.
