I use the Mowasalat website all the time, the bus routes are clear and easy to use and the timings are good. Sometimes they leave the bus station a few minutes early so give yourself a few extra minutes. The 7am bus from Dukhan sometimes leaves at 640am leaving lots of people without a lift to work, they are under so much pressure to keep to the times that they cheat to keep up.

I don't agree with the answer given that they don't have a decent route map or schedule, it is by far the most professional I have encountered. Please, if you don't know the answer, do not reply, don't just assume that it is a negative service.
