because its amazing for health, im new here and looking for a boxing gym to, not lessons tho, im qualified to fight from Canada and have 3 amateur fights under me, and im looking for a gym to practice to(not fit enough to fight now though, need to train for atleast 4-6 months before i would consider my self good enough to go back in the ring) , but if your 6, id suggest you wait till your around 8,9,to get some strength to hold up the gloves, as it can be pretty stressful on your shoulders and wrists, regardless of age, just punching the bags for 3 rounds is exhausting for a regular person, if your 6 and want to learn, i can help, but to be honest, i suggest you start building up stamina, maybe start going for light jogs with your dad, and get good at jumping ropes as it helps your footwork in the ring(my skipping is horrible,i started late). but if you find a gym, please let me know, as far as helping is concerned, im not a trainer by any means(so i dont wanna charge anything), but i can help with the basics to get you started.
