It's easy, Mez. I don't have much time during the day but when the house is quiet at night I have multiple tabs open on the PC.
And tonight I'm doing double duty alternately administering ibuprofen and paracetamol to the little one every 4 hours. When mom wakes up in a few hours she takes over. Tonight is dad duty time.
