Oh please. No cholesterol food is so easy to know.
Just remember, if it comes from a plant it has ZERO cholesterol. If it comes from an animal, it has cholesterol to a certain degree no matter what animal.
For example, MILK - comes from a cow. Has cholesterol.
SKIM MILK - still has cholesterol but to a much smaller degree. ALL MEATS including fish- have cholesterol.

FRUITS, VEGETABLES, RICE, BEANS - ZERO cholesterol.
CEREALS - come from plant , ZERO CHOLESTEROL.

Stay away from any shellfish including shrimp,scallops, crab and even squid. VERY HIGH CHOLESTEROL.
