There was a thread before that discussed about this bank. one of my lady friends also have an account there, and because of the staff's "excellent" services in handling her loan, she wasn't able to attend her daughter's graduation. A "mere" miscommunication, yeah right....tell that to the man in thobbs that work for that bank...
