i knew someone who was a karwa driver. he was recruited on a contract basis ie. no fixed salary. they had to earn a fixed amount everyday and they get to keep whatever extra they make. the guy i knew sez he was never able to meet the target and at times he even had to pay from his own pocket. poor dude quit his job n went back to his country juz like many others who were recruited on the "no salary contract" how evil.. workin and not gettin paid... soo crappy.. exploitation !!! no point in talkin abt all dis cuz no one does anythin abt such things...
