Just get your own GPS and don't rely on Karwa to know the way. Hell, some of their drivers at the airport don't know Ramada. I kid you not.

Someone mentioned they've only been in business for 2 1/2 years. That's a long time.

They should institute a proper training program and take their drivers out for at least 2 weeks and show them the major landmarks, roads and shortcuts.

It's not the London Cabbie one year course so it's doable.
