those are all acceptable. As far as the tank tops, I myself wouldn't feel comfortable - I'd wear a jacket or a short sleeved shirt.
If you don't mind being constantly stared at, then it's fine....but you WILL be constantly starred at...by everyone - that's just the way it is here.

as for the skirts, I've taken to wearing those breezy indian skirts that come to about the calves - light and great for the hot months.
