I didn't come to aspetar yet but i know that they will arrange someone to pick you up from the airport and drive you to the accomodation they provided you, i heard that accomodation is nice and they will provide you a driver for the first one month to take you from the accomodation to the hospital.
If you have more question you can call them on the number available on their website and they are very helpfull they can explain anything you ask, they are really nice.
